Oversight, my arse

It is turning into a sport of kinds to knock politicians as they go about their everyday business. My advice would be  “if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging”.  Not listing trip was “an oversight” (LT3/4) shows how detached MP’s are from the job. Some of Janet Anderson’s constituents will not be going on holiday this year, due to the finances. It might be a common thing for MP’s to have paid trips to other countries, but why would they do that, surely it wasn’t in a parliamentary raffle?. There is a perfectly good reason for MP’s to follow the rules, particularly this one, to show that they are beyond reproach. It’s either within the rules or an oversight, how about knowing right from wrong, or do we need to legislate for good behaviour with these so called “honourable” MP’s.
